In order to create education for the future we need to understand the future, to feel it.

“Future of Education” is a unique workshop designed to engage participants into collective and creative process which enables us to see, feel and experience how our desired future emerges.

The workshop is organised during the pre-conference day before
12th FICCI Higher Education Summit 2016.

The New Paradigm

The emerging paradigm has many names:
  • 3rd industrial revolution (J.Rifkin)
  • 6th Technical Paradigm (S. Glaziev and C. Perez)
  • Cognitive Era (IBM)
  • Blue Economy (G. Pauli)
  • and others.

It is no secret that education system should change significantly in order to prepare students for this major transition which is happening right now.

A new glocal education eco-system is emerging right now and our workshop is a small drop in this wave.

Do you think education should be oriented towards the future?
Join our workshop to think together!

DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM
We invite students, teachers and educational administrators
who are ready to think outside the box,
to be creative and collaborative, to dream and to play together.

We are looking for universities that are ready to send teams to this workshop
in order to inspire future oriented thinking on their campuses.

The ideal team should be a mix of students and teachers
Team should consist of 7 people with at least 3 of them below 30 years.

We invite undergrad and graduate students.
We believe that  getting students involved is crucial for making this process to be
future oriented, as they are the people who will be shaping this future.

We prefer to see delegations form universities,
but we are ready to see individual some individual participants.

Please register for the workshop in order to receive more details.

Which trends are shaping the future?

A trend is  the general course or prevailing tendency that is emerging from the current reality and will be playing significant role in the upcoming future. It  is a long lasting tendency, that manifests itself in economic, industrial, social and other processes of the society.
It is impossible to predict such trends with 100% confidence, but there are some trends which are hard to ignore. Those are some examples of trends that have high chances to be spread in the world by the year 2035.
